I am most passionate about helping individuals and couples affected by Anxiety or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). And Couples processing a life transition, such as adding a baby to the family.

Using a combination of 3rd wave CBT methods, I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs. If you want to stay surface level and just work on changing your behavior we will lean into ACT with exposure based work for OCD and phobias. For those looking to go deeper we will add in IFS. For Couples, Emotion Focused (EFT) is the most cutting edge therapy right now.
