I am trained and have experience with a variety of therapeutic methods and techniques, and I tailor counseling to meet the individual needs of each client. In 2016, I traveled to London, England for intensive training in Narrative and Solution-Focused therapy from The Institute of Narrative Therapy and BRIEF.
