I empower adults with low-self esteem, anxiety, and people pleasing tendencies learn to heal, break cycles, and strengthen relationships. My clients struggle with their relationship to themself and others because of their people-pleasing behavior, discomfort communicating effectively, and low self-esteem which leads to feeling inauthentic and unfulfilled. They also present with anxiety and depression - classic symptoms of our bodies alerting us to unhealed trauma that needs attention. As a result of our holistic work, client's heal root cause of issues, break unhelpful cycles, and strengthen their relationships to self and others.
I offer a unique blend of both CBT and somatic work (aka holistic healing via the mind-body connection) that paves the way for sustainable healing that lasts beyond the therapy room!
