As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 11 years of clinical experience in the field, I can help you find those answers to restore peace and balance to your life. My ultimate goal in treatment is to support you in developing skills and insights that make long-lasting impacts.
Each session, I will create a nonjudgmental, safe environment that allows you to explore all parts of yourself at your own pace. At every step of the way, I will provide a compassionate ear and thoughtful feedback to help you identify root causes of a problem, release self-limiting thoughts and emotions, and develop realistic, actionable steps for change.
I work with adults and couples with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, gender/sexuality, spirituality, interpersonal conflict, parenting, and intimacy.
