I am a trauma-informed licensed clinician, with trainings in Internal Family System, EMDR, EFT, Reiki and meditative practices. I believe in importance of attuning to all of the aspects of human being to re-connect, re-parent, bring awareness and fully heal. As a trauma survivor, I have been able to transmuted it to hope and wisdom which I would like to share with people who are still suffering. To bring a transformative change and healing, I am passionate about integrating traditional talk therapy with latest and ancient mind-body-spirit modalities of neurobiology, psychosomatic work, energy and spirituality.
I will use compassionate inquiry to explore the parts that have been traumatized, abandoned, misunderstood and frozen in time. I will counsel you to understand and heal your past attachment wounds, and find your inner voice of self-acceptance and self-love. You will regain your inner strength and wisdom, and start living with more ease, joy, and meaning.
