I work with individuals, couples and families to create meaningful & fulfilling relationships, improve connections, address conflict, and increase effective communication patterns. Therapy is an opportunity to learn about yourself and others. During session we will explore past and present experiences to gather information about your strengths, resiliency, and challenges. I offer a direct, creative and compassionate approach and nonjudgemental space to do some difficult, and at times, uncomfortable work. Integrating creativity allows us the chance to be playful as you try on new ways of doing things and have some fun with the process of getting to know a truer you.

I have a MA in Counseling Psychology and Counseling Education, emphasis on Couples & Family Counseling. Additionally, I am an Equine Assisted Psychotherapist. Integrating horses into therapy sessions offers a faster, deeper and active approach to healing. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, grief/loss, eating disorders, family and interpersonal conflict.

Therapy is a collaborative process and together we will explore what is meaningful to you, identify where you get stuck and discover solutions to get you where you want to be.
