At Kindred Therapy, PLLC I specialize in working with couples & families who are in distress. We ALL hit road bumps in our relationships & we sometimes need a non biased third party to help everyone get back on track. I am a natural skeptic, so I only used evidence-based, brief psychotherapy modalities that are designed for your relationship to get relief as soon as possible.
I have a specific niche in working with a couple or family where at least one member has a diagnosed mental health condition. I help family members navigate that stressful dynamic to regain hope & help their loved one towards recovery. I have 12 years experience working with families whose loved one have an eating, substance abuse, &/or personality disorder.
I received my Master's degree from AAMFT accredited Marriage & Family Therapy program at Northern Illinois University. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. I am licensed as an MFT in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, Delaware and Florida.
