I am passionate about helping those with relationship issues, depression and anxiety, identity issues, life transitions, divorce recovery and remarriage, blended family issues, and trauma. I use an integrative approach, using a variety of techniques based upon each client's unique needs, symptoms, and strengths. I am trained in a variety of modalities.
