I also use EMDR to help you find relief from traumatic memories and distressing life experiences. EMDR is a tested therapy technique that helps remove any blocks that are preventing you from healing your emotional and psychological pain. If you have had upsetting incidents in your childhood or early life, a recent event like a break-up, a car accident or violence, or you have been exposed to other people’s trauma in the course of your work (true crime producers, first responders, helping professions), this treatment could be right for you.
