I focused my practice on LGBTQ+ mental health; helping clients who struggle with their sexual and/or gender identity. I have also received additional training in trauma resolution using EMDR and addtional training in DBT for personality disorders. However, I see clients with a wide variety of concerns ranging from depression to anxiety, and beyond using IFS.
