I work with a range of clients experiencing anxiety, depression, vocational stress, burnout, grief, and relationship challenges. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, I can help you examine patterns in your most intimate relationships. I also support clients navigating questions of gender identity, sexual and relational orientation.

I approach therapy from a systemic lens that integrates your individual personhood within the context of your family of origin, culture, community, and surrounding societal structures. I also specialize in using EMDR to help you resolve the ruptures that past traumas create by bringing your brain and your body back into an integrated relationship.

My priority is to create a trusted space in therapy where you are wholeheartedly accepted. We’ll explore your challenges with curiosity and care, honoring the ways you’ve learned to navigate the world to survive. By mining these very struggles for growth and healing, we will ultimately rewrite a narrative together that holds your whole humanity as sacred.
