Anger Management
This is a 12 week SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) curriculum based group. Topics covered: Tracking anger events daily using Anger Meter and 4 cues, Aggression Cycle, Anger Management plans, ABCD model of tracking anger events, Conflict Resolution, Family history. This group will be provided as needed. There is a four person minimum and time of group may vary depending on needs of participants. Please call for more information. Possible start date March 6th, time TBD.

DBT-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
This evidence based skills development group focuses on Core Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Distress Tolerance. This weekly group will begin Friday September 24th 9-10:30am. It will have a minimum of 4 people, maximum of 6 people. There will be 4 weeks spent on each of the major modules.

Mindful Parenting
The Mindful Parent, parenting with love and skill. Want to be more effective, mindful and compassionate as a parent? Learn mindfulness based communication skills in a supportive group setting to overcome common parenting challenges. This is a six week program that will run Feb. 2, 9, 23 and March 2, 9 and 16. There will be a maximum of 8 group members. $300
