I am fully certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is a well-researched evidence based trauma treatment. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills and concepts as well. I help people improve communication and set personal boundaries.
