We work with caregivers, parents, children and teens. We can help individuals navigate developmental changes and difficult life transitions such as divorce and grief and loss.

In addition to individual, couples & family therapy, we have groups for adolescents and adults. Our therapists draw on a wealth of life experience and clinical expertise to bring you a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to meet your individual needs. In the context of a warm and non-judgmental environment, this group will teach the skills needed to create a life worth living. This is an ONLINE group and will cover all the basic DBT skills including mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.
