EMDR will help you process events in your life that lead you to have these negative thoughts. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I use a cognitive and dialectical focus to link thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and integrate coping skills such as mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance.
I am a trained EMDR therapist that can help you decrease negative thoughts you have about yourself and increase your confidence levels. I often use the therapeutic aspects of CBT and and am trained in DBT. Overall, I have a client-centered approach and will adapt my therapeutic technique to your counseling needs.
