Hello and welcome to my practice. I help clients to make intentional changes that honor and respect their own needs and values, and to become resilient, emotionally strong, and self-empowered in the process. I help clients to rediscover and strengthen their own sense of courage and hope. Modern life can at times seem overwhelming as we strive to find meaning and direction in our lives. I can help you on your journey to find greater meaning and fulfillment, identify ways you can work towards achieving your dreams, and improve your personal relationships.
Using an integrative approach including CBT, Family Therapy, Expressive Arts and Mindfulness, I help clients change thinking and behavior patterns that can lead to distress. I can help you discover the strength to heal old wounds, the courage to follow dreams, and the wisdom to recognize and overcome personal barriers.
My practice focuses on child and adolescent therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and women's issues. I work with issues including depression, anxiety, family/life transitions, relationship challenges, infertility, co-parenting, loneliness, anger, grief, school problems and substance abuse.
