I am a practical therapist helping clients deal with their relationships, addiction, depression, anxiety,job stress, loneliness, anger, grief. I work with women as they face their unique challenges including childbirth, miscarriage, menopause, and so much more. I have extended experience and compassion working with those who struggle with addiction or live with someone who does. I also focus my practice to help individuals, couples, and families cope with life challenges. I offer a warm and nonjudgmental atmosphere where you can share your dreams and hopes. Although there may be tears, I also believe in sharing laughter. Both are healing.
We work together as a team. Together we find out what has worked for you and what hasn't. You learn to find your voice and challenge beliefs that have caused you harm. And you learn to heal and rebuild that part of yourself that may have become lost.
I believe that each individual has the power to heal and overcome tremendous odds. For over 14 years, I have witnessed people do just that. I look forward to hearing from you.
