Hi, I’m Jen. I have so much respect for clients who show up courageously wanting to work hard and transform their pain into strength. As a therapist, I offer a safe, judgment-free space where we can focus on your healing and growth. I work hard to balance compassion with accountability, so you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I work with adult individuals and couples. I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors, grief, and loss. With couples, I love working with a variety of marriage and relationship challenges including pre-marital counseling, communication, infidelity, and trust issues.

I have my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University-Irvine. I am also fully trained in EMDR and am passionate about using EMDR to assist my clients with trauma healing.
