My job is to make sure all of that happens for you so you can start feeling better.

I'm a marriage and family therapist, and I also love to work with individuals who need someone to champion their change efforts. I enjoy helping people with depression, anxiety, grief and loss. I am EMDR trained so I can help you heal from traumatic life events. I enjoy working with couples and families as well.
