I specialize in working people who are in search of their authentic self. They often have too much on their to-do list and feel a lot of stress. There is a sense that life isn't quite what they want it to be or that they are over committed to things that just aren't giving back or are not fulfilling. Most of the people I work with are highly intelligent emotionally, intellectually or both and might struggle to find where to best put their efforts.
I am highly skilled at using a strengths base approach to inspire confidence and empower my clients to get back into the driver's seat of their life.
Using talk therapy, I highlight the unique abilities and insights my clients often already possess. I also offer coping skills, reframes, and a fresh perspective when the solutions in my client's intelligent minds just aren't producing the desired results.
