Mindful Self Compassion Classes
*I teach Mindful Self Compassion both online and in person. I offer free introductory sessions, one day explorations, and the full MSC 8 week plus retreat curriculum that was created by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer. Mindful Self Compassion helps you cultivate self-kindness, connection, and awareness to enrich your daily life through a combination of meditation practices, reflective activities, and learning in community. No prior mindfulness, self compassion, or meditation experience is required. MSC is a secular, research based curriculum.
