As a licensed therapist in Boston ,I view counseling in a holistic way, valuing all aspects of a person. My therapeutic approach is client centered and collaborative. My view of therapy is that it provides an opportunity for people to gain insight into their lives, and assists them in making positive change.
In my over 15 years as a therapist I have counseled people from ages 19-65.My expertise includes counseling people with anxiety;depression;relationship issues; grief and loss; trauma; career counseling; academic stress to name some. From the start of treatment I focus on building a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship with my clients.
I view each client as a unique individual with their own set of strengths . My skill as a therapist includes the capacity to be in the moment with clients as we work together,and to give them tools and coping skills as they move forward in their daily lives.
