I draw from Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral and Internal Family Systems frameworks. Through interactive conversation, I collaborate with you to design a therapy that best suits your needs. I work well with those struggling with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, creative blocks, life transitions, addictions, and finding your sense of self.
