We can all benefit from support in managing our mental health in the context of life's challenges. I work collaboratively to identify the changes you want to make, and I view my role as a supportive guide in your process. I enjoy working with clients who are looking for support to navigate stress, identify and process emotions, manage anxiety, improve mood regulation, focus and attention (including ADHD and neurodivergence), relationships and communication, and who overall want to be more connected to the present moment and a life that is meaningful to you.

My top priority as a therapist is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable, including getting to know you as a person and developing a therapeutic relationship with you. We will work together to identify things in your control to change - including your relationship with your thoughts and emotions.

Taking the first step to start therapy can be really challenging, and I appreciate the value of finding a good fit with a therapist. I strive to provide an inclusive, trauma-informed, anti-oppression environment.
