Not accepting new clients at this time, sorry! My therapy style is influenced by the work of Brené Brown, who writes, "We are all made of strength and struggle." I am a cheerleader in the best sense of that word; I will encourage you to build on your strengths and support you through your struggles. I am passionate about helping people move towards self-acceptance and away from shame and self-doubt. I strive to be authentic, compassionate, and respectful, and to foster a relationship where you feel genuinely seen and valued.
I love working with dancers, artists, writers, musicians, and all creatives! I also love working with people who are neurodivergent, empathic, and those who have been told they are "too" sensitive/emotional/thin-skinned. I love helping people identify and explore the various parts/roles/identities that make them unique beings.
I believe in the healing power of play and creativity, and infuse my work with humor and spontaneity. I am trained in many styles of therapy, from expressive arts to "evidence-based" styles like CBT and EMDR. We can work together to discover what approaches work best for you.
