In this virtual class, we will learn skills that will help you to have healthy, fulfilling relationships and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. With regular practice, you will be feeling like a champ in no time. The group requires active participation (so you can learn and retain the skills more quickly). Open to adults age 18 and up.
