My hope is that therapy can help you bring awareness, compassion, embrace who you are, give you space to focus on growth, engage in deep healing or a maintenance plan to reach your goals.
With kids, I mainly use play therapy to help connect them to their world. With women, my approach depends on what's needed. Together we will process triggers & learn to live embracing who you are, identify what you truly need, where core values align with your goals. With families or during parent coaching, I help them achieve understanding and restoration.
