Immediate openings! It's my intention to create a supportive, safe & collaborative environment where we can work together to find the best way to address your needs in this journey. I encourage change by using a client-centered, strengths-based approach where I help clients identify their strengths & resilience, provide alternative perspectives & work with clients to create collaborative plans for achieving their unique goals. I believe that my client's are the experts of their own lives & my role as the therapist is a gentle guide.

My focus areas are working with tweens/teens, young adults, couples and parent-child relationships. I enjoy working with artsy creatives & high-performance athletes who often struggle with taking on too much due to feelings of perfectionism, people-pleasing and anxiety. I also enjoy working to repair high-conflict relationships & restore trust and safety.

Therapy is most effective when you have a therapist who you feel truly understands you and just feels "right". I offer a free, 20-minute consultation meeting to all new clients to make sure that you feel that working with me is the right fit for you. I am so excited to get to know you!
