This has been a very trying time for everyone. Taking the journey to improve selfcare can be a complex task but necessary for all of us. Reaching out takes courage. I provide a 15 minute phone consult of you would like to explore the counseling process. I look forward to assisting you in your journey toward balance and wellness.
My specialties include PTSD, ADHD (6yrs old - adults) and Diagnostics. I also specialize in wellness, executive coaching and business coaching. A diagnostic evaluation takes 2 sessions if requested.
I have worked with health care workers, first responders, and military personnel for many years. In these field more selfcare is needed to stay clear and focused for the population you serve. My fee schedule ranges. The individual session fee is for OON patients which I help with reimbursement. Cigna patients would pay their copay only.
