I find the power of thought to be astounding. Research shows that changing one thought has the potential to change our entire reality. My goal is help others manage their thoughts and emotions to improve their relationships with others and themselves.

I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to Imago Relationship Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, and the principles of compassion and kindness as they apply to our understanding of our world through scientific theory.
