I work with men and women who are goal orientated and are interested in producing real change in their lives. I focus on issues including, relationships, marriage, divorce, parenting, anxiety, depression, and a variety of addictions. I also specialize in working with parents of teenagers and adolescents. I often use sports analogies and lessons to address issues such as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and school performance. In addition to working with adults and teenagers, I work with couples focusing on conflict resolution, effective communication, parenting and other life transitions.
