Women's Trauma Support Group
We have a trained, trauma-informed therapist leading the group on a supportive journey toward healing. We address the most common topics that come up in abuse + trauma, including how the brain and body works, how you can make sense of your experience, and ways that you can gain support. Women's Trauma Support Group meets for 75-minutes each week for 10 weeks. Our group meets virtually and all can accommodate English-speaking members from all 50 states and Canada.

Religious Trauma Support Group
We have a trained trauma-informed therapist leading the group in a supportive journey toward healing. We address common topics that come up in religious trauma, including power dynamics in churches/religious organizations/cults, racism, colonialism, theology of sin, sexual repression, predestination, and how to cope with deconstruction. This group meets for 75-minutes each week for 10 weeks. Each week will focus on a different topic and group members are encouraged to engage in meaningful conversations about their personal experiences and questions.
