Kundalini Yoga Therapy
Liberating the Heart Through Movement, Breath and Sound: People often participate in therapy to address barriers that interfere with vibrant, authentic living. Although all yoga practices can serve as complementary processes to psychotherapy, Kundalini is an ancient technology of awareness. Through asana, mantra, breath work and meditation - the subconscious is cleared so that you can discover the indestructible part of self, separate from your personal wounding. We call this Sat Nam, your true identity. Each week we will focus on different themes like creativity, security, voice and speech, intuition, will power, sexuality, authenticity and compassion. Grief Support Group
Grief is a process that can often feel isolating. By joining with others who are grieving, you can find connection and support. This online group is open to anyone experiencing loss of any kind, such as: death of loved one or pet, miscarriage, termination of important personal role, loss of relationship or community dissolution. Leaders will facilitate group in sharing experiences, grief processing directives, practicing mindfulness and learning coping skills. This group is virtual and open to any NM residents.
