I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, OCD, mood, life transitions, parenting young children, and self-worth. I draw on CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), ERP (exposure and response prevention), mindfulness, self-compassion, and other evidence-based approaches to tailor therapy to the values, goals, and preferences of my clients.

My broad goals are to help my clients bring clarity and meaningful change to their lives. I value a therapeutic style that is engaged and active, while also supportive, compassionate, and collaborative.

Outside of my private practice, I am a Lecturer in Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School where I serve as a member of the supervising clinical faculty for the Doctoral Internship Program in Clinical Psychology at McLean Hospital.
