Dialectical Behavior Therapy Zoom Group
This group offers the opportunity to learn and practice new skills to manage difficult emotions, tolerate distress, improve relationships, and develop self- compassion. It is designed for adults who want to build lives filled with meaning, joy, and connection. The content will be based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and will involve a combination of didactics, discussion, and practice. This group is appropriate both for beginners of DBT and also for those experienced with DBT who want to refresh their knowledge. Please note that this group would not be appropriate for those in need of the full DBT program.

OCD Support and Treatment Groups on Zoom
Cambridge Psychology Group offers a unique, online collection of therapy groups for adults with OCD. Currently, for individuals with OCD, we offer: 1) a support group, 2) a group addressing perfectionism, and 3) three groups for practicing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in a group format. Lastly, for family members and loved ones, we also offer two family education and support groups. Groups occur Monday-Thursday each week.
