I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, borderline personality disorder, and depression, utilizing DBT, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness in my approach. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My approach to therapy involves collaborating with the client to create a fulfilling and value driven life. I enjoy helping people to improve self-awareness, face fears, and increase feelings of mastery and contentment.
