Groups

Prepare/Enrich One Day Premarital Workshop

Hosted by

Liz Fava

Engaged couples can experience the benefit of premarital counseling in a one day interactive small group workshop. Our team uses Prepare/Enrich as the curriculum for this class, and you can complete the full premarital counseling process in this one day intensive! Couples will learn communication skills, conflict resolution, how to deal with stress and personality differences, and relationship strengths and roles, all through personalized feedback reports, discussions, and group activities from a professional counselor. The workshop is maxed at 4 couples to make sure each couple gets lots of personal attention, but also the benefit of learning from others.

This online group is for parents who have children diagnosed with ADHD or who are exhibiting signs of ADHD. The group will run for 6 weeks, and will help parents learn more about ADHD, make connections with other parents, learn tips and effective techniques for helping your child, and increase effective disciplinary strategies.
