Women with Complex Family Dynamics
This group is for women who have complicated and sometimes overwhelming relationships with their families of origin (parents, siblings, grand-parents, aunts, uncles, etc). If you're not sure if this group will be right for you and would like to explore relationships outside of the family of origin, including: marriages, children, romantic partnerships and friend groups, definitely get in touch as current relationships are a powerful starting off point for the deeper work of addressing family of origin dynamics. This group is currently in formation and requires one individual session to insure it will be a good fit for you.
