I have many years experience in the following: Satir Family Systems therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Substance Abuse treatment and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma.

This evidence based skills development group focuses on Core Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Distress Tolerance. This weekly group will begin Friday September 24th 9-10:30am. It will have a minimum of 4 people, maximum of 6 people. There will be 4 weeks spent on each of the major modules.

This is a 12 week SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) curriculum based group. Topics covered: Tracking anger events daily using Anger Meter and 4 cues, Aggression Cycle, Anger Management plans, ABCD model of tracking anger events, Conflict Resolution, Family history. This group will be provided as needed. There is a four person minimum and time of group may vary depending on needs of participants. Please call for more information. Possible start date March 6th, time TBD.

Learn mindfulness based communication skills in a supportive group setting to overcome common parenting challenges. This is a six week program that will run Feb. 2, 9, 23 and March 2, 9 and 16.
