Hi! I am a Harvard- and Stanford-trained psychologist on the faculty of Harvard Medical School and staff of McLean Hospital. Through warm, collaborative, evidence-based psychotherapy, I help clients harness their strengths to break out of old patterns, discover new perspectives, and build the lives they want. Clients have described my approach as supportive, attentive, flexible, appropriately challenging, and goal-oriented.

My approach is rooted in behavioral science, and my research has been published in top journals, featured in the New York Times, and funded by the National Science Foundation. Previously I served as the Expert Evaluator for the VA-DoD Consortium to Alleviate PTSD. Outside the clinic, I taught for over a decade at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
